ArcheryPulse is a mobile application (“App”) designed to provide live score tracking, archer & tournament search, historical results, and AI-powered insights (via A.R.T.I.E.). Your privacy and trust are important to us. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use explain how we handle your data, your rights, and the terms under which you use this App.

Data Processing and Storage

  1. On-Device Data: All personal, training, and competition data generated through the App is processed and stored locally on your device.
  2. No Server Storage: We do not transmit or store this data on ArcheryPulse-operated servers.

Public Data Sources

  1. “As-Is” Data: Competition results displayed in the App are obtained from public sources and presented “as-is.”
  2. No Control or Verification: We do not verify, edit, or control event details.
  3. Accuracy: Some data may be outdated, inaccurate, or missing. Updates on official websites may not appear immediately in the App.
  4. User Responsibility: Always confirm official scores, schedules, and results with the relevant tournament organizers before relying on this App.

Third-Party Services (A.R.T.I.E.)

  1. Optional Feature: If you enable A.R.T.I.E. (Archery Real-Time Intelligence Engine), your scores and related performance data may be transmitted to and processed by third-party servers that provide AI-driven insights.
  2. Third-Party Terms: These services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which govern data collection, use, and security.
  3. No Liability: ArcheryPulse makes no representations or warranties regarding, and assumes no responsibility for, the practices, policies, or data handling measures of third-party providers.
  4. User Discretion: By enabling A.R.T.I.E. or similar features, you accept full responsibility for any associated data transmission and its consequences.

Metrics and Analytics

  1. Anonymous Metrics: The App collects limited, anonymous usage metrics to improve user experience.
  2. Apple Analytics: Any app usage data is gathered solely through Apple’s built-in analytics framework.
  3. Opt-Out: To opt-out, disable “Share iPhone Analytics” in your device’s Privacy settings.
  4. No Other Tracking: We do not run third-party advertising or tracking frameworks.

Beta Disclaimer

  1. Beta Status: The App is currently in Beta and provided for convenience only.
  2. Not Official: ArcheryPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a replacement for any official archery federation, association, or competition website.
  3. Risk Acceptance: By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk. The developers and distributors are not liable for any errors, issues, or losses resulting from its use.

  1. Copyright: All designs, user experience patterns, and original code in ArcheryPulse are © Ryan Mehra.
  2. Restrictions: Reproduction, reverse engineering, redistribution, or unauthorized use of any part of this application is strictly prohibited.
  3. Credits: Public archery data is provided under license from BetweenEnds.com. Additional sources will be credited as added.

  1. Limited Data: Since ArcheryPulse does not collect or store personal data on its servers, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete.
